About Samuel Van Der WallMy name is Samuel Van Der Wall. I’m an avid roleplayer who has been gaming since I was a kid. I started with games like Battletech, Shadowrun (1st Edition), Star Wars (d6), and of course, Dungeons & Dragons. I even played a little Magic: The Gathering right when it came out. Over the years I’ve played a lot of different games with quite a few different players and gamemasters. I’ve seen a lot of the more popular roleplaying games evolve over time, and I always seem to have strong opinions about it. That is where the idea for this blog was born.
